Sources of joy

Everyone finds their own sources of joy through positive and emotionally warm experiences, achieved goals, completed tasks, physical activities, and moments filled with happiness spent with friends, family, children, and in nature.

When negative experiences have been processed, transformed into meaning, personal growth, and symbols, nothing stands in the way of enjoying and appreciating life as it is and as it unfolds. For example, one can take joy in a child’s struggles and preparation for exams and final projects, as these will be an exciting, challenging, and valuable experience for their growth and development. One can find joy in achieved work results, a pleasant conversation, or the success and accomplishments of others.

For me, a positive resource is seeing my clients achieve their goals—each one unique, shaped by their personal journey, and therefore so special.

The first time someone says “No.” The first feeling of peace or freedom. Finding a hobby or changing careers. Gaining independence and finally starting a business after a long period of hesitation and inner struggle. Building a new relationship or discovering oneself in solitude. The first time breaking free from manipulation and the first contract signed in their own favor.

Children who suddenly start listening, or parents who step back and stop interfering in a young couple’s relationship. A rainy day, yet still feeling happy to go to work.

Create your own string of pearls—filled with positive experiences, relationships, and adventures. A collection that helps you see yourself with joy and love. Keep your inner critic in a drawer until the moment truly calls for it.

Wishing you success!
