Throughout history, women’s instinctual nature has been hunted, suppressed, and silenced.
It is no coincidence that as our understanding of our primal nature fades, so does the wild nature of our planet.
🔹 Discovering the Primal Woman
Studying wolves was the first time I truly grasped the essence of the Primal Woman archetype.
Strong women and healthy wolves share the same psychological traits:
✔ Keen perception
✔ A playful spirit
✔ Profound loyalty
✔ Immense strength and endurance
✔ A deeply intuitive nature
✔ Devoted care for their young, their chosen life partners, and their communities
Echoes of the Primal Woman in Myths and Legends
Fairy tales, myths, and folklore reflect our connection to the primal feminine.
The Primal Woman holds the essence and origin of the female lineage.
She can be felt in breathtaking landscapes—
🌅 in the sunrise and sunset,
🌊 in the misty mornings and vast oceans.
She visits us through sounds—
🎵 in music that stirs the soul,
🥁 in the beat of the drums,
💫 in the whistle of the wind, the ringing of bells, and the lament of a distant cry.
She appears in spoken and written words.
The Primal Woman—A Force That Will Not Be Silenced
The Primal Woman is the force within women that paves the way for them.
If women are oppressed, she rises in defiance.
If women are free, she is free as well.
🌿 No matter how often she is cast down,
🌿 No matter how many times she is denied, tormented, or humiliated,
🌿 No matter if she is called mad or untrustworthy,
She always stands tall.
For even in the quietest and most timid woman,
The Primal Woman waits to be set free.
The Primal Woman as Healer and Guide
💡 The Primal Woman is a wise healer.
She brings everything a woman needs for her existence and knowledge.
🌿 She carries remedies for every ailment.
📖 She delivers myths, dreams, words, and songs.
🔮 She reveals signs and symbols.
To reconnect with the primal self does not mean changing oneself.
It means:
- Knowing and understanding oneself at the deepest level.
- Claiming one’s own space.
- Finding one’s pack.
- Feeling at home in one’s own body.
- Speaking and acting in one’s own name.
- Remaining watchful and aware.
- Using one’s innate feminine gifts—intuition and instinct.
- Living in harmony with one’s cycles.
- Experiencing true belonging.
- Embodying dignity and self-awareness.
